Terms of Service

By ordering or using a Star IPTV USA subscription you agree to these Terms of Service. Last updated: July 2026.

1. The service

Star IPTV USA provides access to an IPTV streaming portal. We supply credentials (username, password, portal URL or M3U line) that you use in a third-party player app. We are a subscription reseller: we do not manufacture devices, publish player apps, or own broadcast content.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• The credentials are personal. One subscription = the number of simultaneous screens you paid for.
• Sharing, reselling or publishing your line publicly results in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Requirements

A stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps (40 Mbps+ for 4K) and a compatible device are required. Buffering caused by your ISP, Wi-Fi, VPN or hardware is outside our control.

4. Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are prepaid for the term you select (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Service is activated after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you renew manually when the term ends.

5. Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime. Short maintenance windows and occasional channel changes are normal in IPTV. Channel line-ups may change without notice.

6. Acceptable use

• No rebroadcasting, recording for redistribution, or commercial/public display.
• No attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our servers.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country regarding the content you view.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, initiates a fraudulent chargeback, or abuses our support staff.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
