This Privacy Policy explains what information Star IPTV USA collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Information we collect

• Order details — name, email address and WhatsApp/phone number you provide when requesting a subscription or free trial.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.
• Cookies — strictly necessary cookies always; analytics and marketing cookies only after you opt in through our cookie banner.

We never ask for and never store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment partners on their own secure infrastructure.

2. How we use your information

• To create, activate and support your IPTV subscription.
• To answer your questions over email or WhatsApp.
• To send service notices (renewals, server changes). Marketing emails only if you subscribed to the newsletter.
• To detect abuse, credential sharing and fraudulent orders.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that make the service work — payment processors, email delivery and hosting — and only to the extent needed. We may disclose data if legally required.

4. Data retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your subscription is active and up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.

5. Your rights

6. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to customer records is restricted to support staff who need it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we follow reasonable industry practices.

7. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
