DMCA Policy

Star IPTV USA respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

1. Our role

Star IPTV USA does not host, store, record, upload or own any video content. We provide access credentials to third-party streaming servers. Any content available through those servers is supplied and controlled by upstream providers.

2. Filing a DMCA notice

If you are a rights holder (or authorised agent) and believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to elqimys@gmail.com containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the specific material (channel name, stream ID or exact URL) and enough detail for us to locate it.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

3. What we do

Valid notices are actioned within 72 hours: we remove or disable access to the identified stream and forward the notice to the upstream provider. Repeat-infringement sources are terminated.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was disabled by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Misuse

Knowingly filing a false claim may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
